What happens next once my customer requests a waste management audit?

A waste management expert will reach out and learn their goals. They’ll discuss whether the business is right for a waste management solution. As part of this consultation, they must review and sign an authorization letter. It allows our partner to start negotiating with their haulers to reduce rates. It also includes a short agreement requesting an audit of their current waste and recycling programs. The consulting agreement says that they agree to split any savings with our partner.  They only pay if our partner is able to reduce the business’ waste and recycling costs.

When your customer makes the decision to move forward by signing, the only thing they really need to do is provide our partner with a property list and copies of their more recent waste hauling invoices. The data is required to analyze and create custom cost savings recommendations just for them.
